UCF Fraternity Tier Explanations - Fall 2023
Top Tier:
(ΘX, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ)
These top frats are the most popular, respected & successful frats with the most attractive guys. Girls love them, they have top/upper relations. They are extremely competitive. Their parties are always packed and sororities will actually show out at their socials and events. Close brotherhood for the most part for these fraternities.

Upper Mid Tier:
(ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ, ΔΣΦ)
The upper mids are popular, successful and highly competitive. They are attractive, top and upper srats like to have socials with these frats. They have great houses and fun parties but some guys don’t have the best reps. They party and have fun events. All have a great brotherhoods for the most part.

True Mid Tier:
(ΦΓΔ, TKE, ΣΑΕ)
These solid mid frats are fairly popular on campus, majority are attractive and most girls like them. They have upper and mid srat relations The nice guys with great reputations. They have nice houses and fun parties. These guys are very involved, very competitive and have great socials. Brotherhood is a priority to these fraternities.

Lower Mid Tier:
(ΠΚΦ)
PiKapp has some attractive guys and are getting more popular. They are very nice guys with really good reputations. They are competitive, very involved. Their house is nice, they party and have fun events. They socialize with srats in their tier. Brotherhood is strong for this fraternity.

Bottom Tier:
(ΒΘΠ, ΚΣ)
Beta is a newly recharging frat. We’ll post info when we have it.
KSig is currently suspended. They have a lot of attractive guys and a great house. Unfortunately they are consistently in trouble or suspended and not making much needed improvements. They are very competitive and usually involved. Brotherhood is tight.
