Recruitment For PNM

To all potential new members, follow all the sorority chapters. If you only follow a few trust me it's noticed and it makes you look like you think you are too good for some, which is not a good look for recruitment. You don’t know which chapters may be interested in you and your favorites might drop you. Don’t limit yourself.

Give every chapter a chance don’t worry about tiers. You should be looking for a forever sisterhood. Each chapter has its strengths and weaknesses.

Don’t drop if you do not get the sorority you originally wanted. Believe me , hearts are always broken but it usually works out. If you get a bid from a chapter you are not sure about, at least stay through the end of bid day. You can see if you click with them and if you still don't at the end of the day, you have no obligation to stay. Most likely you will end up falling in love with your sisters. It happens a lot.

If you go through recruitment with friends and end up in a different chapter as them you will still be friends! We are all friends with girls in different chapters.

Be yourself, be confident. You don’t have to get a fake tan or fake hair. Let us see the real you.
