I don’t have a ton of followers. Will my Instagram make or break my recruitment?

hey! so, typically yes. depending on what you post. if your posts are cute you’ll be fine.

as far as followers go, if you want to be in PiPhi, TriDelta, Zeta, KD or ADPi i think they would like you to have at least 900.
