What are the biggest differences in the top 3 frats? Do the other frats still get girls?

theta chi are nice
sig chi are cool
ato are country

all the frats are surrounded by girls, just more in the upper tiers

Sigma Chi - Nice, fun, most popular, accepting, diverse

Theta Chi - Nice, fun, very popular, less acceptive, diverse, active in philo

ATO - Nice, fun, conservative, very popular, accepting, not as diverse, very active in philo

Theta Chi is the most liked because they are the nicer ones. They’re very involved with all sororities despite the tier. They’re the most popular frat at UCF. They’re diverse but not as accepting so be aware of that.

Sigma Chi is very very popular and known to be attractive. They’re filthy rich and you’ll know it. They are very active for sororities but only top & upper mid tier. They’re also diverse and they are very accepting also.

ATO is very popular and much like Theta Chi are known to be very nice. They have more of a country boy aesthetic and and known for it. Very conservative guys and very respected. They’re not as diverse but they are accepting and working on it.

Sigma Chi - Popular, confident, wealthy

sigs have a $$$ house but most of them are not rich. each frat has a couple rich guys but not more in sig chi.
