UCF Fraternity Tier Explanations - Fall 2023

Top Tier:
(ΘX, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ)
These top frats are the most popular, respected & successful frats with the most attractive guys. Girls love them and they are extremely competitive. They are all friends with the same sororities and have the best houses and brothers. Their parties are always packed and sororities will actually show out at their socials and events. Close brotherhood for the most part for these fraternities.

Upper Mid Tier:
(ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ, ΚΣ)
The upper mids are popular, successful and highly competitive. They are attractive and upper srats like to have socials with most of these frats. They have great houses and fun parties but some guys don’t have the best reps. They party and have fun events. All have a great brotherhoods for the most part.

True Mid Tier:
(ΔΣΦ, TKE, ΦΓΔ)
These solid mid frats are great and are getting more popular on campus. Most girls like them. They have nice houses and fun parties. Majority attractive, nice guys who have good reputations. These guys are very involved, competitive and have great social events. Brotherhood is a priority to these fraternities.

Lower Mid Tier:
(ΠΚΦ, ΣΑΕ)
PiKapp have some attractive guys, very nice guys with good reputations. They are competitive, very involved, part and have fun events. SAE is getting a frat house in the fall. They party and have attractive guys, are involved and competitive. Brotherhood is strong for both of these fraternities.

Bottom Tier:
(ΠΚΑ, ΒΘΠ, ΔΤΔ)
These chapters are the fraternities possibly recolonizing at UCF. They have all submitted proposals, we’re waiting to hear which chapters are coming.
