What separates lower mid?

I’m not the same person whos asked this before so please try to calm down and just answer the question. To the moderator it’s never that serious.

I just wanna know why it’s even a thing and what separates them. Chi O & Axid are so comparable and similar to AEPhi and KKG.

TKE & PiKapp are literally the same thing.

I’m not proposing changing it i’m literally just askng so don’t cry. I know that there are PLENTY who want to get rid of low mud and PLENTY that don’t but since the ones that don’t are the most active in this site we don’t even stand a chance so why try.

Just wanna know what is the difference between Chi O& Aephi. Or TKE & PiKapp? They’re literally all seen in the same way.
