Phi Delt stuff? What’s really up

Hey. Does anyone know the truth about the Phi Delt stuff? Don’t get into detail just say if someone was a victim or not. I’ve heard from people that are close to them that it’s literally only over a registered social and they’ll be back for fall? That the case was a lie and they didn’t drop the guy or respond bc nothing like that ever happened and there were no allegations?
If what he did was true there would be national news, arrests made and more. It’s been months. If something did happen I don’t want to paint said victim as a liar because that’s something I’d never do or anyone should ever do but it seems like there is no victim.
I truly believe that that story came out of nowhere. I had never heard of it (I’m in top) and it only became talked about from GR. No one knows who this victim is. I truly do believe it’s truthfully just over an unregistered social and a girl injuring herself there (this for fact i know to be true)

It’s also just simply no one’s business. She has chosen to keep this a private personal matter and the university/Greek lige has respected that and that’s why it’s not “national news” and you haven’t heard anything. You should also respect her wishes to keep this personal put ur self in her shoes. People are being held accountable for what happened to her and their actions. These things take time especially when it’s this serious there is a process that needs to be followed.

They are in trouble for more than an unregistered event. The SA accusation is serious and being investigated. They dropped the girl off at the hospital and did not tell any of her friends.
