diversity in sororities

one of the most devastating things about being a poc in a mostly-white sorority is seeing the diversity in other sororities and wishing you were in that chapter or that yours could live up to it. it’s a little disappointing because i have nobody in my chapter to relate to in that sort of way and it almost makes me feel as though i’m their token diversity coin.

and even the ones that have like "good" levels of diversity still are mostly white so you still feel a sense of separation :(
