Upper Mid versus True Mid

Upper Mid Tier:
These chapters are the social butterflies, beautiful girls, a mix of good/bad reputations, great upper fraternity relations. They are super involved in philos and win many comps.


True Mid Tier:
The sorority chapters that have a good mix of pretty girls, have mostly good reputations, very social, great mid frat relations. They are very involved in most philos and win a lot of comps.

Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.

Upper Mid Tier:
(ΔΔΔ, ΠΒΦ, ΚΑΘ)
The upper mid chapters are highly sought after, very social and beautiful girls, some cookie cutter. Highly competitive and have drama. Some of these chapters are getting more diverse but some need improvement. There’s a big focus on looks and image. These party girls tend to get into trouble, but they have fun. They have upper social relations They are great girls, involved, and all have a strong sisterhood for the most part.


True Mid Tier:
(ΧΩ, ΑΞΔ)
These solid mid chapters are desirable for their genuine, fun and pretty girls. They have a big mix of personalities and the girls are diverse, social, involved, but not overly competitive. They don’t get involved in drama. These chapters recruit for substance as well as good looks. They have great social relations. They are really nice girls and both chapters have a very close sisterhood.
