All the srats should be attempting to participate in comps. You can’t do everything but you can try to do most. Top and upper tiers should be the role models. Especially since you want everyone involved in your philo. It’s always for a good cause, it’s not like you are having socials with them.

unfortunately top chapters will only participate with other tops / upper mids or if there’s a middle tier that they like which is rare.
they only do top or upper mid :/

That’s sad it wasn’t that way 3 years ago. Upper chapters still were involved, never in bottom tiers but definitely in upper mid and mid comps.
