why?
ksig has been denying the slur video but we all saw it. you can argue that it’s only one guy but they kept the guy who said it so they condone it. they have been very smug about their superiority to zbt just so they will be ahead in the ranks. zbt are respected and successful chapter upper mid so stop downing them. ksigs have been harassing theta chi and “snitches” for their bad rep and trouble with ofsl. take some accountability for your own actions instead of pointing the finger at others. ksig should be under zbt when they get off suspension in the fall. they need to fix their rep and quit their greekrank bs to gain respect back.
phidelt is suspended being investigated but they will probably be bottom in the fall. their allegations are serious it’s not just drinking and paperwork. they have a long history of being ladies men and treating women as objects and props in pics. they need to start respecting women. girls would rather hang out with average looking guys who are safe and look out for them than hot self centered dbags who don’t look out for them.
sae is currently bottom tier, it’s not only about having no frat house. their rep is keeping them from true mid tier after they disrespected women by yelling at them. they downplayed it but wouldn’t stop or leave until the cops were called. they will move up to lower mid if they get their house. they need to start respecting women and they will start to gain back srat relations.

no frat jumps up that quickly after getting a house. they also just had a bad scandal and lost their srat relations. it will take time or them to rebuild.

Kappa Sig is below ZBT until they prove themselves. Kappa Sig are way too conceited they need to apologize for the racial slur then they can gain back relations and respect.
Delta Sig > TKE > Fiji
Delta Sig has the popularity and looks, TKE has the popularity and involvement, Fiji are the nice fun guys.
SAE will move up to lower mid when they get a house but has a lot to fix. They are under PiKapp bc PiKapp has srat relations and are respectful to srats. PiKapp are also doing great with comps (KDSD) and have multiple IFC positions. SAE has none.

Kappa Sig needs to earn their way back up their tier. They can’t go right back to the same place after their scandal. DU and ZBT have been consistent.
