UCF Frat Positives - Spring 2023

Top:
Theta Chi- Cool guys definitely. Very fun when it comes to philo & comps. The nice guys if the top tier. They are super involved, win comps and very inclusive. Fun parties.
Sigma Chi- Super smart guys. Used to be ultra elite but have gotten more inclusive. They have some wealthy men but definitely not a majority. Their house looks like the White House. Won some philo comps, very involved.
ATO- Traditional frat. Very country. Cool guys very conservative, trying to be more inclusive. They are friendly guys. They won comps and are involved.

Upper Mid:
DU- Ladies love ‘em. Attractive. Historically killer at ZTA lip sync. Very diverse and inclusive. Throw hella parties.
ZBT- Athletic, cool dudes, loved. Upper mid but not conceited or douchy. Nice guys, very inclusive. They are very involved. Good parties.

True Mid:
DSig- Loved, great guys. Very inclusive, accepting of all people. Have bartenders at clubs and big bar presence. Getting more involved in philo comps. Just got a frat house.
TKE- Loved, respectful. Genuine guys who aren’t douchy, very inclusive. Very involved in philo comps. Fun parties.
FIJI- Respected, super smart really sweet, very inclusive. Fun guys. Getting more involved in philo comps. Great parties.

Lower Mid:
Pikapp- Working on their presence on campus. They are also very active at bars. They’re good guys. Very inclusive. Lit parties.
KSig- Very cool dudes active and have good events (before they were suspended.) No socials right now. Not as respected as they once were.

Bottom:
SAE- Country type boys, fun. These guys are very conservative and exclusive. Not as respected as they once were. They also have no frat house.
PhiDelt- FRAT! Very exclusive. Gym bros asf. They throw down. They are active and have good events (before they were suspended.) No socials right now. Not as respected as they once were.
