Difference between TriDelta and Pi Beta Phi

I’m rushing for fall and my main options are TriDelta and Pi Beta Phi. Does anyone know what makes these two different? Positives only please, I know the negatives already.

piphi are friendly, party hard with all tiers and win physical competitions

tridelta are rich, party with only top and upper frats and won dance comps

TriDelt- Mostly Conservative, Slightly Diverse

PiPhi- Mostly Liberal, Not Diverse

agree ddd is trying to be more diverse and
piphi is a very inclusive (lgb) chapter
