UCF Frat Positives - Spring 2023

Top:

Theta Chi- Cool guys definitely. Very fun when it comes to philo & comps. Win the most srat philo comps. They are super involved and very inclusive. Fun parties.

Sigma Chi- Super smart guys. Used to be ultra elite but have gotten more inclusive. They have some wealthy men but definitely not a majority. Their house looks like the White House. Won some philo comps, very involved.

ATO- Traditional frat. Very country. Cool guys very conservative, trying to be more inclusive. They are friendly guys.

Upper Mid:

PhiDelt- FRAT! Very exclusive. Gym bros asf. They throw down.

DU- Ladies love ‘em. Historically killer at ZTA lip sync. Very inclusive. Throw hella parties.

ZBT- Athletic, cool dudes. Upper mid good tier but not conceited or douchy. Nice guys, very inclusive. They are very involved. Good parties.

True Mid:

DSig- Loved, great guys. Very inclusive, accepting of all people. Have bartenders at clubs and big bar presence. Just got a frat house.

TKE- Loved by women, respectful. Genuine guys who aren’t douchy, very inclusive. Very involved in philo comps. Fun parties.

FIJI- The ladies love them. Super smart really sweet, very inclusive. Fun guys. Very involved in philo comps. Great parties.

Pikapp- Getting more if a presence on campus. They are also very active at bars. They’re good guys asf. Very inclusive. Lit parties.

Lower Mid:

KSig- Very cool dudes active and have good events (before they were suspended.) No socials this year. Not as respected as they once were.

SAE- Country type boys, fun. These guys are very conservative and exclusive. Not as respected as they once were. They also have no frat house.
