Why is the only thing being discussed between this ranking diversity when honestly, neither is very diverse.
I think it's clear that PiPhi is more involved overall, win comps, and participate in most philos. They are definitely neck and neck, but diversity shouldn't be the deciding factor when neither are very diverse.

I agree, we base ranks on a lot of things.
Tier considerations:
campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.

biased asf bc how does piphi have “great” and tridelt has “good” when they have the EXACT SAME FRAT RELATIONS 💀💀💀💀

They have socials with the same frats. The difference is that frats prefer to have socials with Piphi. They are closer tii oh frats than Tridelt. Ask the frats they will tell you.

Most frats prefer pi phi. They are more fun, cool down to earth girls, not self centered and snooty like ddd.

piphi-great frat relations, great srat relations, involved in all tier frat philos, wins frat comps, great membership retention, pretty, wild rep, not diverse, no trouble with ofsl but messy, cute house
tridelt- good frat relations, ok srat relations, involved in top & upper tier frat philos, won 0 frat comps, bad membership retention, pretty, conceited rep, slightly diverse, trouble with ofsl and messy, great house
