whatever true mid guy who’s top relation is pi phi or dating a pi phi is a joke. we all agreed in the fall that if they didn’t have diversity in fall pc we’d drop their rank. we then agreed that that wasn’t fair bc a lot of woc didn’t rush and would wait to spring. spring is here. nothing changed.
u have to be fair. this isn’t really a debate bc the ranks are changed.

only a couple chapters could take cob so only piphi would know who was interested in their chapter this spring. there are more woc who go through fall recruitment due to the large number of pnms.

PiPhi, Theta, DZ & GPhi participated in COB. PiPhi & Theta might recruit the same girls but not the same girls as DZ & GPhi. The only chapters who might have a clue are PiPhi & Theta. Even then who knows who had invites to events. Some chapters already have friends they want to join who already know sisters.
