once u guys get your cob or are initiated into your fraternity, you will see that nobody irl is distinguishing “top” from “upper mid” the first two upper mids (ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ & ΠΒΦ, ΔΔΔ) are seen as top.
ofc everyone knows ΘΧ & ΣΧ / KΔ & ZTA are the best and ΑΤΩ & ΑΔΠ are behind but
everyone sees ΘΧ, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ, ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ & ΚΔ, ΖΤΑ, ΑΔΠ, ΠΒΦ, ΔΔΔ as top.
only reason “upper mid” exists is to differentiate the top of the top and lower top.
phi delt & du are obviously not as good as theta chi and sigma chi / ato
but are still seen as top
pi phi & tridelt are obviously not as good as kd zta & adpi but are still seen as top.
ato & adpi aren’t as good as the chapters ranked above them but are miles ahead of the “upper mid” chapters ranked below them.
yes they are “upper mid” but nobody is distinguishing that from top.
so don’t kd that stamp stop u from rushing bc ur rank obsessed

SAE was always true mid, never upper mid even when they had a house. Now they have zero respect from srats and no house no chance:

There are only 3 top frats & top srats. Upper mids are seen as upper mid NOT top! Stop spinning it
