Top: ΘΧ = ΣΧ > ΑΤΩ
Upper Mid: ΦΔΘ >>> ΔΥ >>> ΖΒΤ
True Mid: ΦΓΔ > ΔΣΦ >>> ΤΚΕ > ΠKΦ

Improvement spikes? Fiji yes but DSig no. DSig is not on any rise they just got a house and moved up from bottom tier and have the worst membership retention out of all 12 frats.

UCF Frat Tier - Frat Levels
Top Tier:
(ΘX, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ)
These top frats are the most respected & successful frats and the most attractive guys. Girls love them. Extremely competitive. They are all friends with the same sororities and have the best houses and brothers. Their parties are always packed and sororities will actually show out at their socials and events. Close brotherhood for the most part.

Upper Mid Tier:
(ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ)
The upper mids are prominent and also very popular. Highly competitive. They have great houses and fun parties but some don’t have the best reps. The upper srats like to have socials with most of these frats. They also have fun events. The majority have a great brotherhood.

True Mid Tier:
(ΦΓΔ, ΔΣΦ, TKE, ΠΚΦ)
These solid mid frats are great and getting more popular on campus. They have nice houses and fun parties. Majority attractive, nice guys who party, involved, competitive. These guys have good reputations, they get girls and have great social events. Brotherhood is a priority to them.

Lower Mid Tier:
(ΚΣ)
This frat used to be great, but are currently suspended & can’t rush. They have a great house. They party and some get girls, but they have strained/no srat relations due to a racism scandal. A lot of attractive guys. They are very competitive. They can’t have socials this year. Brotherhood is tight.

Bottom Tier:
(ΣΑΕ)
This frat used to be better, but are currently struggling. They have no frat house. They party and some get girls, but they have strained/no srat relations due to disrespecting srat girls. They have some attractive guys. They have definitely improved their involvement from last year and are competitive. Brotherhood is strong.

It says Fiji is better than Delta Sig 😭
& u may not like Delta Sig which is fine i’m not really the biggest fan of them either but u have to be fair.
Fiji, u keep hating on them. U don’t have to. U are above them and it says that here. But u must realize ur in the same league. Hosting a social has nothing to do w anything because they’ve been doing that. and delta sig is a solid mid frat and it’s very obvious once u let that hate go.
TKE has suffered a huge fall. Great guys, actually, my favorite of all the mids, but it’s very clear that TKE is no where near Fiji and neither Delta Sig.
Fiji & Delta Sig have been on huge improvement spikes (You’re still better than Delta Sig don’t cry but we have to give credit where credit is due) and Tke has been declining. Our ranks are accurate
