don’t rush for tiers

don’t rush solely for tiers. look at frats like Kappa Sig and SAE who were once at a good spot. Upper mid and True Mid and now bottom.

these ranks are ever changing and frats and sororities rise and fall. jsut make sure you chose a chapter that you like the most

A scandal, losing house, suspension, bad rep are jsut a few things that can bring a top to bottom.

KSig- suspended, can’t rush, srat problems
SAE- can rush, srat problems, no house
