theta chi’s spring pc

does anyone know if theta chi wants to have a large PC this spring?

last two semesters they had 17 & 18 pledges and if that’s all they have that’s very competitive and i know a lot of guys rush theta chi.

im hoping they’ll have a PC in the 30s like ATO, PhiDelt & Sig

sig only had 40 brothers, and has a cap of 80 from their nationals. theta chi seems to be at the point where they don’t need numbers but I doubt they put a cap on their pc’s either.
