What are the biggest differences bw Piphi, Tridelt and Theta?

Pi Phi & Tridelt are “upper chapters” theyre popular, pretty, have okays (both of them have bad things but also good things they’re known for) they have relations with upper mid and top frats, they’re saught after. They’re more similar than they are different.

Theta is a very involved chapter, they’re popular & pretty and have a great reputation (theta has never had a scandal or huge issue) but theta is more of a mid chapter in reality. They’re still great and above all the others

pi phi & theta are more respected and sought after. tri delt has had issues and retention problems but are getting better.

u guys gotta start being realistic. “saught after” means by frats and frats do not care about “internal issues” that you guys have been throwing around. 😭😭😭 if theta is so saught agter why can’t they grab an upper mid or top for literally anything

piphis are gorgeous, trideltas & thetas are pretty

personality-
piphi are some drama/some nice, tridelta some mean/some nice, theta are nice

popularity-
piphi hella popular(top hoco dates), tridelta good popularity (upper mid hoco dates), theta gaining popularity (mid hoco dates)

houses-
piphi small cute house, tridelta beautiful big house, theta has an amazing huge mansion

PiPhi is somewhat liberal, DDD is ultra conservative, Theta is liberal.
