Frat Tier Explanations - 2023


Top Tier:
(ΘX, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ)

These too frats are the most respected & successful frats and the most attractive guys. Girls love them. Extremely competitive. They are all friends with the same sororities and have the best houses and brothers. Their parties are always packed and sororities will actually show out at their socials and events. Close brotherhoods for the most part.

Upper Mid Tier:
(ΦΔΘ, ΚΣ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ)

The upper frats are prominent and also very popular. Highly competitive. They have great houses and fun parties but some don’t have the best reps. The upper srats like to have socials with these frats. They also have fun events. The majority have great brotherhoods.

True Mid Tier:
(FIJI, ΔΣΦ, TKE, ΠΚΦ)

These solid mid frats are great and getting more popular on campus. They have nice houses and fun parties. Majority attractive, nice guys who party, involved, competitive. These guys have good reputations, they get girls and have great social events. Brotherhood is a priority to them.

Lower Mid Tier:
(ΣΑΕ)

This frat used to be good, but are currently struggling. They party and some get girls, but they have strained srat relations. A lot of attractive guys. They have definitely improved their involvement from last year and are pretty competitive. They don’t have frat houses but had decent socials. Brotherhood is strong.

Bottom Tier:
(Disaffiliated Frats)
ΣΠ, ΑΕΠ, Gazoni(ΛΧΑ)

These disaffiliated dudes party and many are attractive. They get girls but can’t have official events and socials with sororities. They have tight brotherhoods. Not the best houses but still have a great time.
