year end fraternity observations
Top:
1. ΘX - respected top, diverse, impressive pc & great relations.
2. ΣΧ - the looks chapter. popular and notorious for being conceited. made vast improvement with pc numbers.
3. ΑΤΩ - made many improvements with diversity and pc. a very popular and respected fraternity.
Upper Mid:
4. ΦΔΘ - a favorite among women. known for being attractive and fit gym bros. many improvements made with pc.
5. ΚΣ - the fun and attractive guys. improvements need to be made. suspensions pretty much every year isn’t good.
6. ΔΥ - hot pc, sorority favorite, the nicer bunch of super attractive men, very diverse.
7. ΖΒΤ - hot pc, involved and respected chapter. diverse and friendly.
True Mid:
8. FIJI - cute pc, involved, made many improvements, diverse.
9. TKE - great involvement, bad pc class, reputation on a downward slope.
10. ΠΚΦ - extremely diverse and inclusive. big improvement made, campus involvement is great.
Lower Mid:
11. ΔΣΦ - very popular, large and attractive pc, many improvements made with getting a house.
Bottom:
12. ΣΑΕ - bad involvement, no pc, reputation scarred, no longer a sorority favorite. serious improvements need to be made. limited diversity.

I added specifics & sae became more involved this year.
8. FIJI - cute & large pc, gaining popularity, made many improvements with involvement & relations, diverse & inclusive.
9. TKE - great involvement & relations, small pc, need to improve recruitment and rep, diverse & inclusive.
10. ΠΚΦ - extremely diverse and inclusive. big improvements made with huge pc, tailgates and campus involvement.
Lower Mid:
11. ΔΣΦ - gaining popularity, large and attractive pc, improvements made with involvement and getting a house. Great diversity & inclusivity.
Bottom:
12. ΣΑΕ - improved involvement, no pc, serious improvements need to be made to improve rep and regain relations. limited diversity & inclusivity.

I’m OP and I didn’t put Theta Chi because they’re #1 so that’s common sense and I said Phi Delt is women’s favorite frat which would tell the average person that they are popular.

It’s just funny you left off frats who are actually popular. No DU or ZBT. DSig is only popular with Theta and Chio. To be clear mid frats aren’t popular.

I ageee somewhat but i haven’t seen SAE bd involved and DSig isn’t gaining bc they’ve always been popular
SAE hasn’t even had a social in forever
