Chio is a better mid chapter than Axid in every way. Chio has mid relations bc they are a mid srat. Axid won’t give mid frats their time but that doesn’t make Axid upper mid or higher than Chio. Axid lack everything but relations and relations aren’t rankings. They need to fix their chapter.
