tri delt - top tier but expensive and has a lot of mean girls from what ive heard/ daddys money
ADPI- top tier, fun girls would rush.
KD- pretty house, lots of internal issues. Girls can be superficial, but they are top tier hot, and a lot of fun
Zeta - top tier, fun girls - 10/10; some issues/ but they party
Piphi - has had a lot of issues this year, but fun and outgoing girls, but they can't drink on events until further notice, so depends on what youre looking for.
Gammaphi/ DZ - cool girls but they don't have a house so again depends on what youre looking for
AEphi - cool girls very lowkey, nice house.
ChiO- down to earth, cool girls- don't rally/party too much but vibes

The most conservative chapters here are ZTA, ADPi & DDD. The most religious girls are probably ADPi.
DDD isn’t top tier. The top tier chapters are KD, ZTA & ADPi. The upper chapters are PiPhi, DDD & Theta.
