I’m rushing this spring not sure what frats yet. Is ZBT a popular frat? SAE was mid tier last year. What happened?

zbts are great guys! sae lost their house last month and they moved the unhoused frats to the bottom tier. sae is struggling i’d go with zbt. sae has bad relations with srats so they won’t have a lot of socials.

We love ZBT. They won The Greek Cup for athletics and ZTA Kings Of The Crown for the best video. They aren’t as popular as the top tiers but the tailgates are just as fun. SAE made a scene with a srat and scared them, all over losing them for a hoco date. Steer clear of them.
