Frat Tier Explanations - Fall 2022
Top Tier:
(ΘX, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ)
These are the most respected frats and the most attractive guys. Girls love them. Extremely competitive. They are all friends with the same sororities and have the best houses and brothers. Their parties are always packed and sororities will actually show out at their socials and events. Close brotherhoods for the most part.

Upper Mid Tier:
(ΦΔΘ, ΚΣ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ)
These frats are really great and very popular. Highly competitive. They have great houses and fun parties but some don’t have the best reps. The majority of these guys are attractive, girls like to have socials with these frats. They also have fun events. The majority have great brotherhoods.

True Mid Tier:
(FIJI, TKE, ΠΚΦ)
These frats are great. They have nice houses and fun parties. Majority attractive, nice guys who party, involved, competitive. These guys have good reputations, they get girls and have great social events. These frats have tight brotherhoods.

Lower Mid Tier:
(ΔΣΦ)
These frats are good too. DSig just got a great new house. Many attractive guys, all super nice dudes and definitely nice places for girls to party, involved and somewhat competitive. Great socials. Brotherhood is a priority to them.

Bottom Tier:
(ΣΑΕ)
These frats are good, party and get girls. A lot of attractive guys, all great guys. They aren’t the most involved chapters. They don’t have frat houses but do have decent socials. Brotherhood is strong.

Disaffiliated Frats:
ΣΠ, ΑΕΠ, Gazoni
These dudes party, they still get girls, and some are attractive. Honestly some of the tightest brotherhoods. Not the best houses but they have a great time.
