if/when dsig gets their house do you think they should be above or below pikapp? (consider relations, social scene, involvement, membership, pc # and guys, comp wins. discuss your concrete reasons below.)
Lower Mid:
10. Pi Kappa Phi (greek ghetto house)
11. Delta Sigma Phi (no house)
Bottom:
12. Sigma Alpha Epsilon (no house)

They are both about equal but PiKapp is on the come up with their tailgates and parties. They are making up for lost time after suspension. If DSig gets a house they might get better relations but who knows. It takes a while to establish after getting a house. Both are at the bars but PiKapp seems more represented. Who do they both have socials with?

These are 100% correct, they don’t have socials with top/upper srats (DSig does with Theta). If it’s untrue name the chapter they have an upcoming social with.

Neither frat has major relations so you have to look at everything. Why are you worrying before they even get their house?

As of now Pi Kapp should be above D sig, and revisit the ranking after this semester ends.

Matteo, alex, and all the actual good ones dropped. Dsig is just average guys nothing special.
