theta chi won’t be “top” for long

when theta chi kept self ranking from #4 to #1 the main excuse was membership. now that sigma chi, ATO, kappa sig & even phidelt have good membership w new pledge class theta chi won’t be #1. but they’ll for sure be top 4. they put in work for that title.

theta chi is doing well. sig chi lost their elite status and is equal to theta chi. we all like the new sigs better than the old snobby sigs tho. phidelt might become a top frat again if they get more involved and win some comps.
