Why is Theta Chi ranked so high??

I don’t understand where this comes from, I don’t hate theta chi but I just don’t rate them as highly as several other fraternities like sigma chi, phi delt, and figi. To sig is on top and theta chi not even top 3

No one thinks theta chi is top but theta chi. We kinda just let them run with it. They were middle tier on greeek rank last year. And have been dedicated to boosting their ranks and bashing other fraternities as well as pretending to be srat girls all while winning comps so they think that makes them top. Which doesn’t . Definitely a up and coming fraternity. This year will be huge for if they are actually going to be considered top tier or not. they should be the first top middle tier frat. Ya they have cool kids but the fall off and quality is not there for the other 75% of their active members

Theta Chi were upper mid and bumped up to top last year. They are attractive, get girls, great relations, better than Sigs. Sig Chi isn’t confident because their numbers are down and they aren’t as successful as Theta Chi in competitions. Sigs have an on campus house that keeps them high ranked. Theta Chi is better in every way but their house.

They are only this high on Greek rank because they are consumed with self ranking hoping they can compensate for reality.

They are so irrelevant. 90% of chapter sucks they boosted themselves from lower mid on Friday. Ya they won stuff but other two big frats were suspended. Sigs, phidelt kapsig du are 10 times better. Watch them fight this like little girls.
