Is Gphi getting their charter pulled?

The gphis on this site are insane. Sorry your chapter isn’t being successful. Your president should of been honest and transparent with you all. Pan love❤️

i just wish ucf would do something and build them a house somewhere. maybe even designated a room for them on campus to make their own or SOMETHING. gphi and dz are such sweet girls and deserve better.

Yes, it is true they only got one member. It’s not just due to not having a house. They are so sweet, but the conversations are awkward. Really awkward. DZ doesn’t have a house but they are so fun and outgoing. They got a great PC this year. Very diverse and super smart girls. A house is just where you keep your belongings, not your friends. With the money they will save in dues from not having a house, they will be able to take some fun trips together. I think it’s great UCF has chapters for everyone. Hoping Gamma Phi has success with COB!

can we now respect gphi and let them process their disappointment, regroup and start their cob process? bumping this thread to the top isn’t helping them.

My current theory is that Pan did a bad job of:
1. getting enough PNMs to go through recruitment
2. preventing PNMs from dropping when it wasn't like Bama Rush Tok.

I think Pan is trying to get Gamma Phi kicked off campus so they only have to split 500 girls among 10 or 11 chapters instead of 12. Instead of getting more girls to go through recruitment, it's easier for them to force a chapter off campus that's significantly newer, that doesn't have a house, and has been struggling for a few years.

I know a girl whose mom called and inquired about the voting process because something seemed off. They confirmed that a lot of girls got their 2nd choices this year (even though they were on the list of their 1st choice) due to an algorithm which is supposed to prevent the struggling chapters from getting low numbers. All this does is make the new girls unhappy and want to run for the hills (which many in GPhi did). We saw lots of girls crying and not accepting their bids. Very unfair process! No wonder the numbers get smaller and smaller each year. Word gets out!

I’m not sure but so many girls feel something is “off”. There are a lot of unhappy girls now stuck in their 2nd choice chapters, trying to make it work and gphi has no one. My Rho Gamma was trying to encourage us to go back to ones we told her we didn’t mesh with and to “trust the process”. She said we would most likely end up with nothing if we didn’t list a 2nd choice. They played us! Somebody needs to investigate!!

Nope! Not Gphi here! Just someone who sees what’s going on and thinks it’s very wrong. Nothing will be done about it, I’m sure. But when people ask why 200 girls dropped out/didn’t accept a bid, now you know why. And if I hear the term “trust the process” one more time 🤮😂

Stop with the conspiracy stories. The pan computer chair is a gphi so I doubt she would want to ruin her chapter. Just because I girl puts a house at 1 doesn’t mean that they are in love with the chapter and will accept a bid. Blame the pan computer chair who handled the bids if you want change.
