Why is dz always posted up at ksig??

Every pic of dz I’ve seen they have either been at kappa sig or in the middle of the street. What’s up with that?

if i rush dz can i hang out with kappa sig guys? my bestfriend is also rushing kappa sig in fall but he said if he gets a bid he can’t hang out with me if im a dz but i thought dz was pretty cool?
