do the panhel people get trained
by: panhelwhy don’t the rho girls know anything? I feel like all the information that they have gave me have not lined up with what the chapters said. The girls in charge of them don’t even really know anything either. My cousin said they will be helpful but really they aren’t. anyone else feel like this?

I agree. The rho gams are far from helpful… and don’t ask the head of help, they also know nothing about the process

They volunteered for this, it’s not a paying job so they don’t need complaints. If they leave a mess, actives should contact them or ofsl because that’s not ok.
They were trained but don’t know everything. Actives practice and train but don’t know everything during recruitment either. This is weird.

selfless? they sign up for it lol and most girls hate their chapters anyway/ want to get out of recruitment.

this is NOT true. just drama. the rho gams up to help new girls, it’s a sacrifice because they love and miss their sisters. i could never leave my chapter that long. the girl commenting is a mean girl maybe her chapter is not close but that is not the norm.
