i know all the rho gams and pan exec people are on here trying to spread pan love and keep people open minded and that’s great but just know if ur not in a top tier your experience is going to be SO different. go for chapters that at least have a house and if you notice girls being responsive to something you’re talking about keep going with that so you get asked back. if the person you’re talking too just says “thats cool” or “oh that’s interesting” ask them questions so you can fit in better at the top tiers, bottom tiers will basically take anyone

Some of this is true but the top tiers are overrated. I have friends in different tops and they deal with a lot of toxic bs.

Top-catty/fake/fun, crazy competitive, all drama (Kd, Zta, Adpi)

Upper Mid-fun, competitive, some drama (Piphi, Theta, Tridelt)

Mid-fun, genuine, no drama (Axid, Chio)

Lower Mid-academic, nice, no drama (Aephi, Kappa)

Bottom-sweet girls, no house, no drama (Dz, Gphi)
