im sorry but this is how everyone in and out of greek life sees the ranks.

DSig was bumped down to lower mid because they lost their house. They were moved up to mid because of their relations but they still aren’t as relevant as SAE or TKE now that they have no house. They also lost a lot of guys when they found out they had no house. They won’t pass anyone if they don’t get a frat house.

theta chi is way more involved and win hella comps. sig has ok involvement but not as good as theta chi
sae is not very involved but they have better relations than tke and dsig right now
tke is very involved, win lots of comps and have great relations
dsig is not involved, they have no house and don’t have good relations after piphi dumped them
