theta has actually nice girls, and a mansion. ddd has mostly rude girls, money and a pretty house. ddd is not it anymore

tri delta-
average looks
less than impressive pcs
(looks aside, you can’t even say they are nice)
they are boring, conceited
not classy at socials
suspended-drinking, arrested-dui
ok frat relations
bad srat relations
little diversity
no big event
win no frat comps
they have hella internal issues, sisters don’t get along, many girls dislike their exec

Axid has always been mid tier. They didn’t get better and rise. Theta rose up and was bumped to upper mid. Thetas are prettier, nicer, have a mansion, not in trouble, have leaders, win frat competitions…everything Axid doesn’t.

Thetas are hotter than TriDelts. TriDelt has been struggling the last 2 years. Last year was their worst and their pcs were not good. Their exec is a mess and they are suspended for many alcohol violations slung with the dui. Stop bashing Theta for rising.
