Top:
ΘX - Majority are really good looking, all super nice guys. Always a good time and super chill. Love to go out with them. Very involved, win the most srat comps. House is nice, in the greek ghetto.

ΣΧ - Really good looking guys, prefer to socialize with top tier srats. Involved, win comps. Nicest house on campus. (no house parties @ on campus frat house)
