Piphi has no diversity

Hi - looking to rush in fall and am doing my research and seeing that Piphi literally has no actual diversity - is this true? They were one of my top ones I wanted to rush but I don’t know if I’ll fit in. Any advice ? I have one friend from high school in the chapter and she loves it but I feel other chapters might have more diversity - and I think it’s weird it’s majority white blondes - who should I talk to ?

They’ve actually been doing a lot better - they have a lot of Hispanic girls
