Frat Tier Explanations 2022


Top Tier:
ΣΧ, ΘX, ΑΤΩ

These are the most respected frats, most attractive guys. Girls love them. They are all friends with the same sororities and have the best houses and brothers. Their parties are always packed and sororities will actually show out at their socials and events.

Upper Mid Tier:
ΚΣ, ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ

These frats are great too. Still have some decent houses and parties but some don’t have the best reps. Still popular and attractive guys. Girls like to have socials with these frats.

True Mid Tier:
ΣΑΕ, ΔΣΦ, TKE

These frats are really good. They still have some decent houses and fun parties. Attractive, nice guys but lack the studs that upper and top tier houses have. These guys care waaay too much about where they stand on this website. That being said they actually have some fun social functions.

Lower Mid Tier:
FIJI, ΠΚΦ

These frats are decent. Recruit based off mostly personality which isn’t a bad thing at all. Some attractive guys, all super nice dudes and definitely a safe place for girls to party in a no stress environment. Although they are “lower” they still throw great parties and have decent socials and brotherhood is a priority.

Bottom Tier:
ΠΚΑ (affiliated, rechartering this fall)
ΣΠ, ΑΕΠ (disaffiliated)

“Bottom” doesn’t mean they suck. They don’t. These dudes still party, they still get girls, and some are attractive. Honestly some of the tightest brotherhoods. They are the rechartered frats and the disaffiliated frats.
