theta has pretty, nice girls, good diversity, the best house, doesn’t get in trouble. tri delt has pretty, snotty girls, some diversity, a nice house, gets in trouble. if tri delt didn’t have their house and money to throw at philo they would be true mid.

I can’t speak for every frat but mine would rather party with fun girls that chill with us rather than stuck up girls who don’t talk to the guys at our socials.

There can’t be 4 in top and 2 in every other tier. There are 12 chapters so shouldn’t 4 sororities be in each of the 3 tiers?
Upper:

Lower:
AEPhi/DZ/KKG/GPhi

That won’t work because there’s too big of a diff between lower mid and bottom
Top: ΣΧ, ΘX, ΑΤΩ
Upper Mid: ΚΣ, ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ
True Mid: ΣΑΕ, ΔΣΦ, TKE
Lower Mid: FIJI, ΠΚΦ

maybe for frats because the bottom is disaffiliated but dz and gphi are the same looks-wise and personality as kappa and aephi, they just don’t have houses. not fair to equate them to disaffiliated frats. i think the 4 in each tier makes most sense too just rank them within the 3 tiers and it’s the same thing

If you compare KD to ZTA, KD have better looks, better pcs, personalities, relations, diversity, events, more followers, win more comps, higher goas, more classy…but definitely not the classiest of the srats. That’s top tier for ya!
