Theta Chi or Sigma Chi?

Most would say Sig Chi because they have always been top. Sigs have a better house but you have to meet the guys to know who you want for your brothers.
I’d say Theta Chi because they have better quality guys, actual good guys, and a large frat with strong membership, better retention for sure.
Both are fun to party with.

ΣΧ - Best looking guys in my opinion, always been so fun and nice to me and my friends but heard they aren't that way with mid srats. Nicest house.

ΘX - Always a good time and super chill. Some really cute, some not. Love to go out with them. House is nice but in the greek ghetto.

ΑΤΩ - Some are super cool and some not but overall I like them a lot. Some cute, some not. House is so nice especially inside.

Top 5 Frats

Sigma chi: Known for being classist, used to only party with top chapters, but the new guys are changing that. Very competitive and athletic. They party hard. Some diversity in race but little diversity in lifestyle if that makes sense, majority are attractive. Big nationally.

Theta chi: Your most standard frat at ucf, good frat to rush for the experience. Diverse mix of guys, majority are attractive. Nice, fun guys that don’t just party with top tier.

ATO: Definitely your “country boy” conservatives. Probably the most traditional southern-style frat here at ucf. Majority are attractive. Pretty lowkey the past few years after their suspension but hold a major spot in Greek life here still and very big nationally.

PhiDelt: Gym bros, meat heads, less classist than sigma chi but still work hard to uphold their status. Much more diverse, not as exclusive but you still have to fit what they’re looking for.

Ksig: Athletic, chill surfer/skater boy vibes? I guess? But the ladies love them and a lot are very attractive. Very lowkey, a lot of nice guys who party and are open to relations with srats other than top tier.

ΣΧ - They are a smaller more exclusive fraternity. With around 50-60 brothers. They are the most prestigious fraternity at UCF and they are known to be difficult to get a bid and make it through their pledgeship. Nicest house on campus in my opinion, looks like the white house. They are very involved with the school.

ΘΧ - If your looking for the full frat experience, theta chi is your most traditional fraternity. Good group of guys with a lot of numbers, I think over 150+ brothers. Good reputation in the school and nice house. However, they are in the greek ghetto. They are very involved with the school.

Both of these fraternities are great. Status considers Sigma Chi #1 and Theta Chi #2. However, asking which fraternity is "better" is irrelevant. Go wherever you get along with the guys more.

Sigma chi is much more exclusive and way harder to get a bid than theta chi. So I would have to say sigma chi
