WHY IS PI PHI UPPER MID?
They will NEVER BE TOP TIER because they are:
The least diverse chapter
Have no big philanthropy events
Paired with DSig for Hoco
They are trouble, they have a mafia fam
Pi Phi punched holes in the wall at Saddle
They destroyed a frat’s wooden lawn letters
They are disrespectful and classless

If you concentrate on getting to know people on the inside you can tell if they are crazy, rude, selfish, disrespectful. The problem is that some chapters just focus on the outside.
