What are the pros and cons to joining a disaffiliated house and what’s different about them?

There's almost no pros. Disaffiliated frats cant do events with sororities.

There are only disaffiliated frats, no disaffiliated srats.
We have 12 affiliated fraternities & 12 affiliated sororities, you can’t go wrong.
