Neither chapter are on the come up. Delta Zeta is bottom tier, not having a house is definitely a disadvantage.

Yes because being in a sorority is all about having the best house or a house at all. WRONG, it's about being a community with alike girls that uplift each other. I'd love to know what srat you're in.

There is no dissing between DZ and AEPHI, simply saying that DZ should be moved above aephi for various reasons.

chill dz, this is nothing new. ten chapters have houses and two don’t. the two that don’t are bottom. the beauty queens are top. it doesn’t seem fair but these are the facts.

Tier considerations:
campus relevance, strong membership, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
(Not gpa or athletics, we’re social/philanthropic organizations, not academic or sports teams)

Agreed, just cause DZ doesn't have a house doesn't mean they have any less of a presence and they've been on the come up unlike aephi.
