AXD and theta are about the same imo, different vibes but both solid mid chapters, cute girls and desirable during rush. XO is lower with kappa too, more lowkey chapters but not competitive and girls are very nice. and imo DZ is more on aephi and kappa tier, same looks and vibe even if they don’t have a house they are active in the community and guys like them. gamma phi are sweet and nice girls but more quiet, do their own thing which is unique to them and some girls want that in a sisterhood

axid have been trying to be upper mid forever, doubt that’s happening. dz will stay bottom with no house.
