Sigma Chi had time to build back after suspension but did not. They fell to mid tier due to the fact that their numbers and popularity plummeted. They do have an awesome house, tho.

They had a couple cute guys but that doesn’t make for a top tier. They can’t keep away from controversies and the suspension hit them hard. They get less pledges because guys want brothers, not big ego frats.
