Phi delt drunk driving crash?

Phi delta theta is part of the University of Florida greek scene. The frat was in a car crash where one of the members was killed and another was injured. This happened on Monday, December 9th of this year. The legal age to drink in the state of Florida is 21. This fraternity member was an 18 year old freshman and it is illegal for him to be drinking.
