The most diverse chapters listed are 100% welcoming of all kinds of diversity. They are for sure not the whitewashed, cookie cutter girls, they celebrate uniqueness.

The chapters with little to no diversity are elite, exclusive and expect uniformity. They recruit girls that “fit in” and some even have regulations on hair and makeup.
