Base:
Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ
Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ (unaffiliated)

Or

What’s the reason PiKapp isn’t lower mid now? I read on here they had an issue with a couple brothers over a year ago, but they kicked them out. What is still keeping them at the bottom?

Pi kapp is not on the same bottom level as disaffiliated frats. They’re in the same tier as but higher than tke. Tke just now got a house and decided to say they’re mid tier when they still have some work to do. Pi kapp has been more established than tke for a while now

yeah tke is def over pi kapp but I would agree that pi kapp isn’t base tier with disaffiliated. they’re just bottom with tke and fiji
