Pan Meeting Observations

Pan is always the same thing and I'm newer here so I just want to know why.
First, Why do so many Chi O's and Aephi's go to pan?
WHY does everybody get so quiet when they call KD's name at the end for attendance?
If a house is hosting pan why don't any of the girls that greet, actually go into the meeting? Are they not allowed or something?
Why doesn't pan exec wear letters to pan, are they unaffiliated the whole year??
Where do DZ and Gamma Phi hold pan??
personally, I think alpha xi has hosted the best pan so far!!!

1. some chapters incentivize girls to go because at the end of the semester the chapter with the most attendances gets a donation to their philanthropy
2. I think they just generally have less girls in the chapter attend
3. they are hosting but they can listen from the back of the room. There wouldn’t be enough room for people to sit if they all attended too
4. no they’re not unaffiliated the whole year they likely just wear what is comfortable or what they wore to class before the meeting. It’s not required to wear letters at pan
5. they use another chapters house and welcome the girls in just like any other chapter does
